Process
At this stage of the Champions League there is no seeding whatsoever. It is considered that all eight teams have done enough to earn the luck of the draw. The eight in question, in alphabetical order, are as follows:

Inter Lyon Manchester UnitedEach team will face one of the above in a two-legged contest to be played on March 30-31 and April 6-7, 2010, with two matches per night.
Also drawn on the same day are the semi-finals and, obviously, the final as well, so each team's path to the last game in Madrid will be plotted out in its entirety.
